2. Electronic control system: The sensor is out of order.
Reason: The concrete PTJ-120 Sprayer Machine sensor is connected with a plug, or the connection line is connected, the control device is damaged, and the signal generated by the sensor is incorrect, resulting in abnormal operation of the electronic control system.
3. Mechanical transmission system: The drive chain is broken and the bottom plate is stuck.
Cause: The gap between the protective cover and the scraper chain is too small, the flatness of the sprocket, the flatness of the bottom plate and the tension of the chain are improperly adjusted, resulting in accelerated wear of the transmission components.
