1. Before adding the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic tank, the oil should be cleaned in a clean container. The hydraulic oil must be filtered by the oil filter before being added to the hydraulic tank. The replacement period of the hydraulic oil depends on the quality of the oil used (usually 1000h replacement) The replacement of hydraulic oil should be carried out at the working temperature; in order to ensure good heat dissipation of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil radiator should also be cleaned regularly.
2. Due to the harsh construction environment of the Running Track Paver Machine, the replacement period of the hydraulic oil filter should also be shortened (usually 750h is appropriate). When replacing the new filter element, it should be checked. It is strictly forbidden to use the deformed, polluted or rusted filter element.
3. When starting the engine work every day, it should be idling for a period of time before operating the actuators, which is beneficial to the use of hydraulic pumps.
4. Due to long-term use, the hydraulic system parameters of the paver sometimes change. Therefore, the parameter settings of the hydraulic system should be checked regularly and adjusted in time.
