One leveling hydraulic cylinder does not work
If the leveling hydraulic cylinder on the Road Paver Machine does not work, it is generally due to the lack of oil on the hydraulic cylinder on the Road Paver Machine. The reason may be that the solenoid valve, priority valve or hydraulic cylinder inlet pipe is blocked. First check the solenoid valve and the inlet pipe on this side, then check the priority valve.
Road Paver Machine deviates or cannot walk
When Road Paver Machine can't walk, it is usually caused by Road Paver Machine's deviation or one side can't walk. This fault may be caused by loose solenoid valve wiring that controls the working pump. The walking motor on one side will not work due to the lack of oil, causing the machine to stray or one side to be unable to walk.
Hopper does not close properly
Sometimes the hoppers on both sides of the Road Paver Machine cannot be closed normally. Except for a few mechanical and electrical faults, the hydraulic system faults may be caused by:
The reason for insufficient thrust of the hopper cylinder is the leakage of hydraulic oil in the hopper cylinder. First, check that the aging or wear of the piston seal ring will cause insufficient thrust of the hopper cylinder. If necessary, replace the seal. The gap between the cylinders will cause the gap to become too large, thereby reducing the thrust of the funnel cylinder.
