1. Sunshine time
In winter, the sunshine time is short and the temperature difference is large. In order to meet the process requirements, only a small amount of construction per day, or increase the number of construction personnel and equipment, to ensure that the material molding conditions are in the most reasonable time period. The same is true in summer, we must control the rhythm, not greedy.
2. Wind speed
The wind speed has a great influence on the volatilization of the thinner, and the different volatilization speed of the thinner will affect the quality of the surface layer. During the construction process, the intermediate material must always maintain a certain content of diluent to control viscosity and fluidity.
3. Sunlight intensity
The temperature when the material is shaped and cured is extremely important, and the intensity of sunlight directly affects the molding temperature of the product.The temperature is high and the material expands. This requires controlling the progress of the project during construction, such as when to start in the morning, what process to do at noon, and when to start curing in the afternoon.
4. Humidity influence
Humidity is also a fatal factor affecting quality. The layer peeling off at the completion site may be caused by humidity.When the humidity is high, there is a certain amount of water vapor on the ground. However, the glue is basically oily, and the oil and water are incompatible, so that the glue cannot infiltrate the ground, inhibiting the penetration ability of the glue, and the ability to scrape the ground is greatly weakened.
5. Temperature influence
Temperature determines the speed of chemical reactions. The reaction is fast when the temperature is high, and the reaction is slow when the temperature is low. After the temperature is high, the amount of catalyst should be adjusted appropriately until the reaction speed is synchronized with the construction speed.
