1. The hydraulic oil is overheated:
Excessive oil temperature in the hydraulic system of the paver will reduce the viscosity of the oil, increase the leakage, break the oil film of the lubricated part, and increase the wear of the parts; at the same time, the high temperature will also make the gasket made of rubber and other materials premature Aging and damage. Therefore, it is very important to control the appropriate oil temperature. When the oil temperature is too high, it must be shut down for inspection, generally starting from the following aspects:
(1) Check whether the liquid level of the fuel tank is too low. Experience has shown that high oil temperature is often caused by the lack of fuel in the fuel tank, so it should be replenished in time when the fuel is lacking.
(2) Whether the hydraulic oil filter element and circuit are blocked.
(3) Whether the radiator is normal. If a large amount of dust adheres to the radiator, it can cause poor heat dissipation and increase the oil temperature. As the working environment of the paver is dusty, the radiator should be cleaned in time.
(4) Whether the quality of hydraulic oil is qualified. If the quality of the added oil is unqualified, the system oil temperature will also be too high.
In addition, when the hydraulic system is running short of oil, it is easy to cause damage to the pump and motor. Therefore, check the running status of the pump and motor after the oil shortage is eliminated, and replace the damaged parts of the pump and motor if necessary.
2. The spiral distributor does not work:
Sometimes the left and right spreaders do not work on the paver. The reason is generally that the oil replenishment system is faulty. The reasons for the low pressure of the charge system include: the charge pump inlet is not smooth; the charge pump relief valve pressure is low; the charge pump itself malfunctions; the hydraulic motor is seriously leaking. Generally, check the charge pump and its overflow valve.
Precautions:
In the use of the paver, the maintenance of the hydraulic system can greatly reduce the failure. Generally, the following points should be noted:
(1) Before adding the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic oil tank, it should be filled in a clean container. The hydraulic oil must be filtered by the oil filter and then added to the hydraulic oil tank; the replacement period of the hydraulic oil depends on the quality of the oil used (generally, it is replaced every 1000h ); The replacement of hydraulic oil should be carried out at operating temperature; in order to ensure good heat dissipation of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil radiator should also be cleaned regularly.
(2) As the construction environment of the asphalt paver is generally harsh, the replacement cycle of the hydraulic oil filter element should also be shortened (generally 750h is appropriate). Check when replacing the new filter element. It is strictly prohibited to use deformed, contaminated or rusty Filter element.
(3) When starting the engine every day, you should first idling for a period of time, and then manipulate each executive element to work, which is beneficial to the use of hydraulic pumps.
(4) Due to long-term use of the paver, its hydraulic system parameters sometimes change. Therefore, the parameter settings of the hydraulic system should be checked regularly and adjusted in time.
The failure of the paver is often caused by the lack of regular maintenance of the equipment. Therefore, the important parts of the equipment must be maintained regularly.
