Construction process:
1. When paving, the paver must drive in a straight line, not from left to right. Steering should be fine-tuned, otherwise it is easy to cause uneven road surface.
2. The paver must run at a constant speed, not fast or slow, and change the speed at will, which will easily cause changes in the thickness of the paving and affect the smoothness of the road.
3. The paver must be able to pave continuously during the paving process, and it must not be stopped at will, so as not to affect the smoothness of the road. When an unexpected situation must be stopped, the anti-settlement lock of the paver screed should be opened to avoid the screed. When sinking, when starting again, the paver screed must reach the anti-climbing lock to prevent the asphalt material in front of the screed from being too low to lift the screed, increase the thickness of the paving, and affect the smoothness of the road.
4. During the paving process, the speed of the spiral distributor should be adjusted, and the speed should not be fast or slow. Try to make the distributor rotate at a uniform speed to minimize the segregation of asphalt mixture.
5. When the material truck unloads the asphalt material into the paver, there must be a special person to direct the reverse, and stop at about 30cm before the paver push roller, let the paver push the material car forward, and the material car cannot appear. The phenomenon of collision with the paver occurs, and the material truck should not be braked during the driving process, so as to avoid the increase of the resistance of the paver, and the phenomenon of slipping, which affects the smoothness of the road.
Control of key processes:
1. The speed of the paver should be controlled at 1m/s, hurry up when unexpectedly, stop and wait when there is no material.
2. The height of unloading rice from the transport truck shall not exceed 1.5 meters to prevent the segregation of aggregates.
3. People are not allowed to throw during feeding.
