Paver is a kind of construction equipment mainly used for paving various materials on the base and surface layers of expressways. The paving work is completed by the cooperation of various systems, including walking system, hydraulic system, material distribution system and so on. Spread the mixture evenly on the road base layer, and perform preliminary vibrating and leveling machinery. There are two types: crawler type and tire type. It consists of two parts: traction, paving, compaction and ironing.

The former includes frame, power unit, walking device, hopper, material door, scraper conveyor, spiral spreader and cab, etc. The latter includes a traction arm, a vibrating mechanism and a screed device (consisting of a screed, thickness adjuster, crown adjuster and heating device, etc.).

1. The driver of the car should cooperate closely with the paver operator to prevent the vehicle from hitting the paver, making it offset, or unloading the material out of the machine. 2. Continuous feeding. 3. The operator should correctly control the paving sideline and accurately adjust the screed.

4. The surveyor should always check the thickness of the loose pavement, check a section every 5 meters, and each section shall be no less than 3 points, and make a record, and timely feedback information to the operator; check the slope every 20 meters, and check the plastic track stadium frequently Flatness.

5. When using double elevators, the distance is not more than 20-30 meters to ensure that the quality of the seam does not leave rolling seam marks.

6. During paving, pavement workers should pay close attention to the paving trend, and promptly remove and make up for segregation, crowding, waves, lack of materials at corners, etc. Manual paving of the plastic track stadium is carried out on some places where mechanical operations are difficult.

7. When the temperature is lower than 5℃ every day, it is not suitable to pave the mixture. When paving is necessary, the following measures shall be taken: (1) Increase the mixing temperature of the mixture to meet the requirements of low temperature paving; (2) Transportation The material car is covered and insulated; (3) Rolling is followed immediately after paving to shorten the length of rolling.

8. When finishing work on the plastic track and stadium, it is forbidden to clean the machinery with diesel oil on the pavement.
