How To Operate The Conveyor Belt Of The Plastic Track Paver

Please turn on the reset switch before operating the plastic track paver.

The left and right conveyor belts can only be manipulated during paving. Two switches are installed on the console to drive the left and right clinker belts. These switches can be set in 3 different positions.

Position 0: The clinker belt is at rest.

Position I: The conveying belt is in a manual working state, and the "open" and "stop" of the conveying will not be controlled by the main switch. The conveying speed is adjusted by the conveying speed regulating valve located on both sides of the machine. The switch position is adapted to the corresponding paving conditions.

Position Ⅱ: The conveying belt is in automatic working condition. The speed of the conveying belt at this position is controlled by the ultrasonic sensor to detect the change of the material to control the "open" and "stop" of the conveying. Its function is to ensure that the conveying tank is in a The amount of paving material. In the "auto" position, the main switch can be used to control the "open" and "stop" of the conveyor belt.
