About daily maintenance technology of paver

Daily technical maintenance and cleaning paver: remove the mud, sticky sand and asphalt accumulated on the surface of the paver; remove the dust and grease on the surface of the engine, hydraulic components and other components. Be careful not to get dirt into the fuel filler and air filter. Check the nozzles, connecting pipes, gas tanks and switches of the heating system.

Check the connection and tightening of various parts of the paver, especially whether the connecting bolts of the left and right track beams and frame, screed, material installation and scraper delivery installation can be loosened or broken, and if necessary, tighten or replace . Check for and remove all leaks. Check the amount of engine oil, fuel oil, coolant and hydraulic oil, and participate in the new oil to the oil mark indication scale according to the rules.

Check whether the amount of lubricating grease in the centralized smooth installation is appropriate, check whether the blades installed in the spiral material distribution are cracked, and if they should be replaced, check whether the electrical plugs are loose. Before the technical maintenance content of the periodic technical maintenance after 50h is put into operation, the paver should stop the trial operation of 50h, otherwise it shall not be put into operation. For the 50h running-in operation, it should be stopped according to the relevant rules in the engine application statement.

After the running-in test operation is completed, the technical maintenance must be stopped and the diesel engine oil should be replaced according to the following: drain the old engine oil when warming up, and then inject new engine oil; after a short period of operation, immediately check whether the engine oil level is at a regular height. Change the smooth oil of the transfer case and all reducers (including walking, dividing, and conveying reducers); when the engine is hot, let out the old smooth oil, and then fill in the new smooth oil.
