Before starting the construction of the rubber paving machine, a series of inspections should be done to confirm that there is no problem with the large-scale road machinery and equipment before normal operation can begin. Then, what special technical requirements do we need to have during the operation of the road paver machine? What? Let's follow the engineers of our company to take a look at the precautions in the construction of the paver machine:
(1) According to the strict requirements of construction, reasonably determine the technical parameters such as the working speed, paving width, paving thickness, speed of the scraper conveyor and screw distributor, and the opening of the bucket gate.
(2) For an asphalt mixture paver driven by a road paver machine, gear shifting must be carried out when the rubber paving machine is completely stopped, and it is strictly forbidden to shift gears strongly.
(3) When preparing to unload, the push wheel of the road paver machine is close to the rear wheel of the dump truck, and the dump truck is in neutral. The paver machine pushes both at the same time.
(4) All components and systems of the paver machine should be coordinated and corrected in time if necessary. The running speed should be kept constant and the number of stops and starts should be minimized to maintain continuous and balanced operation of the road paver machine.
(5) It is strictly forbidden for the operator of the rubber paving machine to leave the driving platform when the runway paver is operating, and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to get on or off the equipment during operation, or stay on the driving platform.
(6) If the road paver machine is in the process of driving after the transfer, it is forbidden to shift gears on the ramp, or slide downhill in neutral. 20-40min before the paving operation, preheat the screed to make it close to the paving temperature of the asphalt mixture; when the operation is suspended due to the runway paver, use the preheating system to keep warm to prevent the screed from cooling; To warm up, start the engine first.
