The left and right conveyor belts can only be operated during paving, and the console is equipped with two switches for driving the left and right clinker belts. These switches can be set in 3 different positions.
Position 0: The clinker belt is at rest.
Position Ⅰ: The conveying belt is in a static state of manual work, the "open" and "stop" of the conveying will not be controlled by the main switch, and the conveying speed is adjusted by the conveying speed control valves located on both sides of the paver machine. The switch position is adapted to the corresponding paving conditions.
Position Ⅱ: The conveyor belt is in automatic working state. In this position, the speed of the conveyor belt is detected by the ultrasonic sensor to detect the change of the material to control the "open" and "stop" of the conveyor. Amount of paving material. "Auto" position, the "open" and "stop" of the conveyor belt can be controlled by the main switch.
