(1) Keep the control room of the running track paver machine clean, because the dust can make electrical components in poor contact. Workers should turn on the air conditioner and pay attention to the temperature and humidity in the room.
(2) Check the terminals. Check the PLC modules manually or visually, check whether the terminal screws are loose, and whether the terminals of the electrical components are firm.
(3) Detect the circuit line voltage. If the voltage across the input and output modules of the PLC is not within the specified range, the power supply or transformer should be replaced. The voltage check of the battery in the PLC is realized by monitoring the special relays, which must be replaced if necessary.
(4) Check, clean and fasten the outdoor components of the running track paver machine. This work is important. Once, the cam fastening bolt of the throttle adjustment device was loose. Fortunately, it was found in time, so that the burner could work normally. If the pull-wire switch is damaged, it will not function as an alarm.
(5) Check the various indicators of the running track paver machine. When the equipment is running normally, be sure to pay attention to the display of various indicator lights, so as to judge whether the machine is working normally.
(6) Do a good job of refueling, draining and discharging impurities in the gas circuit, so as not to damage the solenoid valve, etc.
(7) The control system of the rubber paving machine must be dedicated, without external software, so as not to damage the control program after being infected with viruses, and regularly check and organize the hard disk.
