The main frame of the road paver machine is the supporting body of various operating devices of the running track paver machine, as well as the engine, transmission system, console and other components. It shall have sufficient rigidity and strength, and also meet the condition that each component can be easily replaced and expanded when the width of the running track paver machine is adjusted.
The main frame is a frame-type structure made of thick steel plate welded box girders connected or welded by bolts. It is mainly composed of two end beams, two expansion beams, two expansion sleeves, two center beams, two supporting longitudinal beams and two joists. The main frame telescopic system structure is shown. It can be seen from the figure that the end beam is connected with the steering leg of the walking system through bolts, and the left side of the end beam is connected with expansion and consolidation through bolts. The hydraulic cylinder end mounted on the body shrink sleeve is connected with the end beam through a pin shaft.
It forms the main frame expansion system of the rubber paving machine together with the expansion sleeve of the expansion beam and the end beam. Therefore, the width of the main machine of the rubber paving machine can be adjusted according to the road width requirements during construction to ensure that the paving width is between 3.65 and 9.75 m.
Two joists are connected with the expansion beam through brackets. In this way, the rigidity of the front and rear two expansion beams is increased, and at the same time, they are connected with the working device of the paver through connectors to support the left end of the working device of the running track paver machine. The supporting longitudinal beam is connected with the expansion sleeve by welding, and forms the suspension system of the working device together with the center beam and joist, bearing the main weight and working pressure of the working device. The drive box, vibrator, forming plate, polishing plate and other devices of the spiral distributor are connected with them through bolts and brackets.
