The balance beam of the runway paver is composed of a controller, an ultrasonic sensor, a bracket and a beam body, and a connecting cable. The controller sends commands, receives and processes the data collected by the ultrasonic sensor, and controls the lifting and lowering of the leveling cylinder according to the sensor data. The ultrasonic sensor is used to measure the distance from the road surface to the probe and transmit its data to the controller. The support and beam body are used to install the mechanical device of the ultrasonic sensor. The connecting cable is used to connect the ultrasonic sensor and controller as well as the signal transmission of the controller and construction machinery.
Generally speaking, when the rubber paving machine is used for the first time, the user does not need to set parameters. The system has been set before delivery. If you have special needs, you can set it according to your needs. (For example, if the system reacts too fast, the sensitivity can be adjusted to reduce the reaction speed).
General operation steps of balance beam of road paver machine
Step 1: install the controller and ultrasonic sensor, and connect the relevant cables.
Step 2: place several square wooden blocks with the same paving thickness under the screed at intervals, and put down the screed. To reset the paving thickness of the control point, press the set key and the automatic key at the same time.
Step 3: Adjust the cylinder scale to the proper position.
It is very important to adjust the cylinder scale before paving every day. This depends on the operator's familiarity with the performance of the rubber paving machine.Normally:
A. When paving a new section of road, first set the controller to manual mode, put the oil cylinder scale to an approximate position (such as the middle position), track it at any time after paving, measure the new paving thickness frequently, and adjust the oil cylinder scale by comparing the thickness to be paved, so that the new paving thickness can maintain an ideal value of about 10 meters or more, which can be considered as an ideal position. Then use the leveling system for automatic control.
B. If the same section of road is paved continuously and the paving thickness is the same, it is only necessary to directly adjust the cylinder scale to the previous position.
Step 4: enter automatic control
Briefly press the automatic key of the road paver machine to enter the automatic control mode. The lower left corner of the display shows that the "automatic" system starts automatic leveling.
Step 5: Adjustment of paving thickness
When the rubber paving machine is in the automatic mode, the paving thickness and the reference value displayed by the controller are the last saved value. If you do not need the last data, you can return to the manual mode to reset the benchmark and paving thickness. If you want to continue the previous one, you do not need to modify any parameters. If you need to change the paving thickness, press the up or down key to change the reference point value. At this time, the displayed value of the measured thickness will also change synchronously. Generally, it is better to change below 4mm at a time to prevent the paving thickness from changing greatly in a short time and affecting the flatness. If the thickness needs to be changed greatly, it can be changed several times at intervals of 2-3 meters
