If the oil temperature of the hydraulic system of the road paver machine is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease, the leakage will increase, the oil film at the lubrication part will be damaged, and the wear of the rubber paving machine parts will be aggravated; High temperatures can also cause premature aging and damage to sealing gaskets made of rubber and other materials. Therefore, controlling the appropriate oil temperature is very important. When the oil temperature is too high, it is necessary to stop the machine and check, which can be started from the following aspects:
(1) Check if the fuel tank level is too low. Experience has shown that high oil temperature is often caused by a shortage of oil in the fuel tank, so it should be promptly compensated for when there is a shortage of oil.
(2) Check if the hydraulic oil filter element and circuit are blocked.
(3) Whether the radiator of the running track paver machine is normal. If the radiator adheres to a lot of dust, it can cause poor heat dissipation and increase the oil temperature. Since the paver operates in a dusty environment, the radiator should be cleaned in time.
(4) Is the quality of hydraulic oil qualified. If the quality of the participating oil is not qualified, it will also form a system with high oil temperature.
In addition, the hydraulic system of the running track paver machine is easy to cause damage to the pump and motor when it is running short of oil. Therefore, after the oil shortage problem is eliminated, check the operation condition of the pump and motor, and replace the damaged parts of the pump and motor if necessary.
Sometimes the left and right augers of the road paver machine do not work. The general reason is that there is a problem with the refueling system. The reasons for the low pressure in the refueling system are: the inlet passage of the refueling pump is not smooth; The pressure of the overflow valve of the makeup oil pump is low; The oil pump itself is faulty; The hydraulic motor is severely leaking. Emphasis should be placed on checking the makeup oil pump and its relief valve.
