Determination of vibrating parameters of road paver machine: the vibrating parameters of paver are adjusted through the pressure gauge display of the paver's vibrating hydraulic system. In order to ensure the flatness of the stabilized layer, the pressure of the paver's vibrating hydraulic system should be increased, but the accessories of the paver should not produce severe vibration. As for the stable layer paved by road paver machine, according to experience, the rammer pressure is 6 MPa, and the vibrating beam pressure is 8 MPa.
Determination of loose square coefficient of initial paving of rubber paving machine: the loose square coefficient (compaction coefficient) of paving varies according to different stable material gradations. Under the same paving conditions, the larger the aggregate content, the smaller the selection coefficient; On the contrary, the larger the selection coefficient is. When paving the test section, the initial paving coefficient is generally about 1.1~1.2, or selected according to experience.
Select initial paving elevation α: Before determining the paving elevation, it is necessary to measure the initial installation of the screed. That is, the paver and screed are placed on the horizontal ground, and the elevation scale on both sides is indicated at 0 or 5 (generally, the factory adjustment value of the initial elevation of the paver is 5. At this time, measure and adjust the screed of the paver to the horizontal position.
Determination of vehicles for transporting rubber paving machine: generally speaking, the paving capacity of pavers is often higher than the production capacity of mixing stations. Therefore, when determining the number of transportation vehicles, it is determined by referring to the production capacity and transportation distance of mixing stations.
