When the paver machine motor is in the "AUTO ON" state, the operation sequence of the paver equipment is: induced draft fan → blower → powder lift → bone lift → dust box conveyor → drying drum → inclined belt conveyor → flat belt conveyor . The accuracy of the road paver machine metering system will be directly related to the quality of the finished material. The equipment measures the stone material by means of fast and slow closing doors, and the asphalt metering is controlled by pressure. First weigh the stone, asphalt and mineral powder respectively, then put the stone into the mixing tank, put the asphalt after 3s, put the stone powder after 2s, and then re-enter the next round of measuring work after the doors of the weighing scale are all closed . According to the needs, the input signal of PLC control program is 26, the output signal is 22, and the control of the running state selects the power-off holding relay. The electronic scale is used for weighing and measuring, which converts the resistance signal into a voltage signal, and counts through the PLC input terminals A1S68AD-101, A1S68AD-102, and A1S68AD-103 respectively. In order to improve the work efficiency of the runway paver, the program adopts a step-by-step parallel branch. In the working process, it needs to do numerical comparison operation, there are 253 steps, and 80 kinds of mixing ratios can be stored, which is realized by connecting the RS232C standard cable with the computer.
After all the preparations for the rubber paving machine are done, turn on the main power switch, and then turn on the PLC power. First start the air compressor, then enter the computer to operate the TDPRO program, click the "AUTO ON" button, the equipment will start automatically; then input the cold material and hot material formula, start the cold hopper feeding, then ignite, the fuel low-pressure pump and high-pressure pump start , the entire ignition process is carried out automatically, and finally click the "Tower" button, press the "Start" button, and the road paver machine starts to automatically produce. When the production volume reaches the set value, in order to realize the automatic flameout of the burner and the stop of cold aggregate feeding from the cold hopper, the cold hopper can be set to the "AUTO" state. Then click the "Tower" and "Motor" buttons respectively, select the "Stop" button, and the road paver machine stops production completely. Finally, according to the regulations, the dust removal bag is forced to be cleaned in a hot state. At this time, the induced draft fan is activated separately, and the opening of the induced draft fan smoke door must be set to 20%. When the computer displays the tower screen, set the printer to the "Print OK" state. When the tower production program is started, the printer will automatically print out the production status table.
