① Transport the plastic running track paver machine to the construction site, and place the two walking rollers flat on the template (you can also turn on the power first to start the walking motor. Make the rubber paving machine travel along the pre-built slope to the template)
②Turn on the power supply, first work with the road paver machine empty (2-3) min, and confirm that all parts of the rubber granular tiler are operating normally before proceeding with the construction work.
③Pave the concrete on the road to be paved, flatten the concrete roughly, and higher than the template, and then start the rubber paver to walk back and forth, rolling and vibrating until it reaches the required level of flatness. Start the vibrating roller first, and then start the walking roller to make the running track paver machine walk forward.
If the pile of material in front of the paving roller is too high and the rubber paving machine is difficult to walk, you can turn off the walking motor to stop the machine and continue to move after the concrete is spread. After flattening for a period of time, make the rubber granular paver walk back and forth 2-3 times, walking and vibrating, so that the road surface reaches the required flatness and compactness. Then continue to pave the next section.
④Control of the walking direction of the running track paver machine
When paving a curve or the road paver machine is on one side of the template, the steering mechanism can be operated by the steering wheel to steer and correct the deviation, so that the walking direction of the rubber paving machine remains parallel to the template. The detailed operation method is as follows:
The running track paver machine moves forward, and the paving roller rotates counterclockwise. If the steering wheel is rolled clockwise, the machine turns to the left. When paving the concrete in front of the rollers, the steering is noticeable.
When the rubber paving machine is on the side of the template, such as the operator, you can first roll the plastic track paver to the left (or right), and then walk forward or right. When the paver walks to the center of the two templates, the offset is corrected, and then turn to the right or left, and the rubber paver's traveling direction can be adjusted to the right.
It should be noted that when the road paver machine has a small deviation or the walking direction is not correct, the steering should be used for adjustment in time to prevent the track falling when the deviation is large.
