Maintenance of the PTJ-120 sprayer machine
If operated or stored improperly, the sprayer can easily corrode, thereby shortening its lifespan, so the following points should be noted in terms of maintenance:
Before starting the work, follow the instructions to check and adjust the status of each component, lubricate the lubrication points, and keep the machine clean.
2. After finishing the work, promptly rinse with clean water several times to thoroughly clear the remaining liquid from the liquid tank, pump, and pipes. Check if the sprayer has any malfunctions and allow it to dry.
3. After the seasonal operation ends, if the sprayer will be stored for a long time, in addition to cleaning the machine body, the triangular belt, spray hose, nozzle, mixing device, and suction pipe should also be removed and rinsed clean, and placed together with the machine body in a cool, dry place. If they are rubber products, they should be hung on the wall to avoid being crushed or damaged. At the same time, they should be kept away from corrosive items such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides to prevent rust and damage.
