According to experience, the two ends can be adjusted slightly higher. When the test section is paved, cross-slope measurement is performed on the paved road surface. If there is any deviation, the screed's crown adjustment is re-executed.
3 According to the thickness of the paving, the position of the high-speed screw conveyor and the front side baffle, the height of the screw conveyor from the ground will directly affect the workload and paving speed of the Rubber Paving Machine. The distance from the ground is high, and the resistance of the Rubber Paving Machine is large; the distance from the ground is too low, and the paving cannot be carried out continuously. The adjustment of the distance of the screw conveyor from the ground depends on the thickness of the paving layer. Under normal circumstances, the distance from the ground of the screw conveyor is 5 cm.
