It is forbidden to drive cars, pile up hanging objects and sharp objects (except standard sports shoes) on the sports field. You must wear professional nail shoes for fitness exercises. The nail length of the shoes does not exceed 7 mm, and the high jump shoes do not exceed 7 mm. If the nail shoes contain longer steel nails, they cannot be used on the plastic track;

5. Avoid fireworks and pyrogens, avoid touching solvents, chemicals, cigarette butts, other fires, cleaning materials, etc.;

6. It should be cleaned by spraying with tap water frequently. After cleaning, a large amount of residual water on the rubber surface can be removed with a damp cloth. Oil stains can be cleaned with 10% sodium hydroxide or detergent or soap powder.
