There are two commonly used foundations for plastic runways: the most commonly used cement concrete foundation is actually asphalt concrete foundation. The quality of the foundation directly affects the quality, functional effects and service life of the plastic runway surface after completion. 1. Quality requirements for cement foundation.

a. Flatness: The pass rate of the finished cement foundation flatness is above 95%, and the ruler error within 5m is 3mm.

b. Slope: 5/1000 for straight road, 8/1000 for curved road, 5/1000 for semicircular area, the surface should be flat and smooth to ensure smooth drainage.

c. Strength and stability "The surface is uniform and solid, no cracks, no rotten edges, and the joints are straight and smooth. The crushed stone cushion must be compacted with a roller compactor, with a density greater than 95%, and there should be no significant after compaction. For wheel tracks, loose soil, waves, etc., it is recommended to cut the expansion joints with a temperature of about 600cm*600cm.

d. Water barrier: adopt a new type of PVC thickened water barrier film, the overlap should be greater than 20cm, and the edge margin should be greater than 15cm.

e. Maintenance period: After completion, the foundation should be splashed for maintenance. The total maintenance period is 20 days.

f. Positioning: For the needs of accurate construction and line drawing, use firm and clear markers to mark the four semicircle tangent points and two circle centers of the plastic track field.

2. Quality requirements for asphalt foundation.

a. Flatness: the finished asphalt foundation should have certain strength and stability, the foundation should not produce cracks and uneven frost heave caused by freezing, the flatness qualification rate is more than 95%, and the ruler error within 3m is 3mm.

b. Slope: the horizontal direction is less than 0.1 part, the vertical direction is less than 1 part, the height jump area is less than 4 parts, the surface should be flat and smooth to ensure smooth drainage.

c. Strength and stability: It is best to use asphalt materials that do not contain wax or contain little wax for the asphalt base. The asphalt mixture must be fully compacted, and the surface must be uniform and solid, flat and free of cracks, no rotten edges, no squeezing, no hemp The surface and joints are smooth and smooth. The gravel particle size of the asphalt concrete surface layer is 2-5mm, the oil content is 5.8-6.4%, the grain size of the joint layer gravel is 6-9mm, the oil content is 4.6-5.8%, and the compaction density is Not less than 95%. After the teeth of the roller compactor, there should be no obvious wheel marks, no soft skin, no loose soil, no waves piled up, etc.

d. Drainage: The drainage system must ensure that the accumulated water is discharged within two hours after heavy rain.

e. Maintenance period: The basic maintenance period is 28 days.
