The running track paver machine is equipped with an advanced contact automatic leveling device. Please read the corresponding "Automatic Leveling Device User Manual" carefully before use.
Note: Before loading and unloading the road paver machine leveler, the power must be turned off. Please handle it gently during loading and unloading of the leveler to prevent bumps. The surface of the ultrasonic probe should be kept clean and do not stick to oil.
The connection plug between the leveler and the paver can only be removed after the key switch of the paver is turned off.
For different paving widths of the running track paver machine, the leveling instrument is configured in the following two ways:
1) Use a longitudinal slope sensor and a tilt sensor (cross slope) for paving widths below 6 meters;
2) Two longitudinal slope sensors (one on the left and one on the right) are used for paving widths over 6 meters.
The rubber paving machine is equipped with two vertical and one horizontal automatic levelers, and the longitudinal slope sensor has two installation methods:
1) Installed in a position that forms a straight line with the center line of the dividing rod;
2) When rubber paving machine paving the road surface and using the mobile automatic leveling reference device, the longitudinal slope sensor is installed on the center line of the left and right automatic leveling cylinders.
