Main Frame Structure And Power Transmission System Of Rubber Paving Machine

(1) Main Frame Structure Of Road Paver Machine

The frame is the support body for the various operating devices of the road paver machine, as well as the engine, transmission system, and console. It should have sufficient rigidity and strength, and at the same time, satisfy the conditions that each component can be easily replaced and stretched when the width of the rubber paving machine is adjusted. The main frame is a frame structure formed by bolting or welding box beams welded by thick steel plates.

The rubber paving machine frame is mainly composed of two end beams, two telescopic beams, two telescopic sleeves, two center beams, two supporting longitudinal beams and two joists. Shown is the structure of the main frame telescopic system of the paver. It can be seen from the figure that the end beam is connected with the steerable leg of the road paver machine walking system by bolts, and the side of the left end beam is fixed by bolts and telescopic. The hydraulic cylinder mounted on the body shrinking sleeve is connected with the end beam through a pin shaft. Together with the telescopic beam telescopic sleeve and the end beam, it constitutes the telescopic system of the main frame of the paver. Therefore, during construction, the width of the main paver machine can be adjusted according to the road width requirements to ensure that the paving width is between 3.65 and 9.75m.

The two joists are connected with the telescopic beam through a bracket. In this way, the rigidity of the front and rear telescopic beams is improved, and at the same time, they are connected with the working device of the paver through the connecting piece to support the left end of the working device of the road paver machine. The supporting longitudinal beams are connected to the telescopic sleeve by welding, and the center beam and the joists form the working device suspension system, which bears the main weight and working pressure of the working device. The drive box, vibrator, forming disc, trowel and other devices of the spiral distributor are all connected to it by bolts and brackets.

Various power devices and control systems are also installed on the main frame of the rubber paving machine. For the convenience of operation and maintenance, a number of pedestrian passages are paved with patterned steel plates.

(2) Power Transmission System Of Rubber Paving Machine

The power of the paver machine engine is transmitted to the hydraulic pump unit through the transmission. The main reducer is installed directly at the rear of the engine. It can transfer the power output from the engine to the oil pump system. The oil pump system consists of a vibrator drive pump, a spiral paver drive pump, a crawler drive pump, a vibration plate, a vibrator acceleration drive pump and an auxiliary pump system.

These oil pumps are combined pumps composed of internal gear pumps and special axial piston pumps, each controlled by its own control system. A generator is installed in the front of the engine. There are two outputs of 12V and 24V, of which 24V is used to start the system, and 12V is used for the electro-hydraulic control system.
