The left and right feeding belts can only be operated during paving. The console is equipped with two switches to drive the left and right clinker belts. These switches can be set in 3 different positions.
Meaning of three different positions of paver machine:
Position 0: Clinker belt is at rest.
Position I: the material conveying belt is in the static state of manual operation, the "on" and "off" of the material conveying will not be controlled by the main switch, and the speed of the material conveying will be adjusted by the speed regulating valves on both sides of the road paver machine body. The switch position is suitable for the corresponding paving conditions.
Position II: The material conveying belt is in automatic working state. The speed of the material conveying belt at this position is to control the "on" and "stop" of the material conveying by detecting the change of the material with the ultrasonic sensor. Its function is to ensure the amount of paving material in the material conveying trough. The "automatic" position can control the "on" and "stop" of the material conveying belt through the main switch.
