2. The place for the driver can exchange, also can by yours requirement adjust the height and every direction. The electric cabinet is in the right ahead of driving's position, the electric cabinet adopted the centralized operation, once the operator press the buttons or knob which included different functions the machine can in the condition of process. Its operation is very convenient.
3. Turn on the upgraded oil pump, when the oil gauge indicated 60-80kg/square centimetre is normal, if the oil gauge indicated 0, you must check if the oil pump has the oil or the pump is reverse.
4. The button of heating and rotating in the screed has two types, one is automatic the other is manually, in the paving site, made the heating button in the condition of automatic for 5-10 minutes before paving(the temperature controlled between 30℃-120℃），also can according the technological requirements and the temperature on site setting the best temperature, as normally is 70℃-100℃, and usually the temperature is 90℃。
5. Turning on the button of the transducer, cause the transducer in the normal condition(waiting for 10 seconds), Rubber Paving Machine assembled two transducers separated for adjusting the rotating of the motors on the two sides. The transducer can adjust the advance and retreat, you can adjust the moving speed as per the requirement of the construction, the adjusting scope is 0.8m/min-6m/min(normal is 2-3m/min). The transducer has been adjusted before delivery in my company, so when the user started the machine can not adjust the transducer at will.
6. Scratch board in front can adjust the height at will, rasping the material level(adjust the height in order to have enough material supplied to the back screed). Generally, the ratio of adjusting the height between the front scratch board and the back screed is(1.5-1.8):1, also you can adjust the height according to the construction on site.
7. You can adjust the back screed according to the requirement of the construction on site, otherwise, the screed can reach to a certain slope by adjust the tie rod, the inclination is nearly 10℃, it ensured the thickness and compactness when under construction.
8. When the machine is going forward, it mustn't fall back(when falling back the material will enter into the screed and damage the heating plate, also it become difficult to clean). When paving the screed can not touch the ground or touch the hard matter like stones, iron nail, glass and etc, in order to avoid damage the degree of finish of the screed.
9. After finished the paving, removed the track sprocket wheel, cleaned in the solvent, finished the cleaning, assembled the chain wheel with grease. Add proper lubricant in the oscillating bearing of the back screed, in order to extend the lifetime.
10. After finished the paving, you should clean the whole machine, check if every motor and reducer is in normal, it's good for using later.
